やっと体重が戻ってきました！

凄く嬉しい(^^)

不妊治療を始めてから体重が増えてしまい運動を開始。

毎日30～1時間のウォーキングをしてもなかなか痩せず・・・

これではいけない。

ってことで、ランニングに変更。

すると、すぐに結果が出た。

体重が減り、身体つきも明らかに変わってきた。

ドデーンと出ていた下腹もだいぶヘコんでポコくらいに・・・(笑)

けど、ランニングすると足に筋肉がついてしまうのがイタイ。

ジーパンを履いた時に分かる。

大事なのはこれから・・・

不妊治療を休憩中の今が痩せるチャンス！
