プラノバールの副作用で気持ち悪さが続いてます

プラノバールは食後に服用するよう指示されていますが、寝る前に飲んでいます。

寝る前に飲んでも副作用があり、次の日の朝は必ず気持ちが悪いです。

寝ている間も吐き気で何度も目が覚めてしまいます。

深い眠りにつけず寝不足気味。

副作用の気持ち悪さは、起床して数時間後になくなります。

プラノバールを飲み始めて1週間が経ちましたが、未だに慣れません。

あと2週間も飲まなければいけないと思うと憂鬱です・・・
