ダイエット開始から3日。

まず三日坊主を間逃れました(笑)

ここからが正念場。

自分との戦い。

自分を甘やかす事はもうしない！

ダイエットって最初は順調に痩せてくけど、停滞期が必ずやってくる。

停滞期にいかに頑張るかが結果に繋がる。

自分に厳しく。

無理しない程度に健康的にダイエットするよう心がけて頑張ろう！
