生理3日目で生理痛と腰痛が酷く、痛み止めを飲まないと生活できない状況です。

もぅ生理中は痛み止めなしではやっていけません。

3日目まで痛みが続くのは本当に厄介・・・

さすが子宮内膜症の力って感じです。

赤ちゃんができるまでこの痛みにはずっと付き合っていかなければいけないのが辛い。

プロギノーバも飲み始めて3日目ですが、副作用は何もないので助かってます。

産婦人科は生理7日目までに来てほしいとの事だったので、

16日の5日目に行ってきます。

    服の上から腰に貼るカイロ貼ると、腰痛めっちゃマシやお！寝てる時はあかんけど（低温火傷防止のため）

    やっぱり生理痛の腰痛は温めがいちばん！
    あと腹巻きとか☆

      確かに温めたら腰はめっちゃ楽になりそう。
      もう年やし腹巻き買おうかな(笑)
      ちょっとでも楽になるなら・・・♪
